Nautilo

The brand's long-standing dive watch, redesigned for its 20th anniversary

Model History

The Nautilo has been part of the Anonimo catalogue since its earliest years, one of the brand's historic dive watches alongside the Millemetri. In 2017, to mark the house's twentieth anniversary, the line was completely redesigned: this gave rise to the modern generation of the Nautilo, of which the Nautilo Bianco (presented in November 2017) is one of the most representative executions.

The 44.4 mm cushion-shaped steel case revives the brand's historic visual language, with the crown positioned at 4 o'clock as an extension of a long protective guard running along the side of the case — the same functional logic already seen on the Millemetri, reinterpreted here in a more contemporary key. Both a brushed-steel version with a grey ceramic bezel and a black-DLC version with a glossy black ceramic bezel are available.

The opaline white dial, with dark metal indices filled with luminescent material arranged in the triangular 12-4-8 pattern (another recurring trait of Anonimo's aesthetic, already seen on the Militare), makes the Nautilo Bianco one of the most recognizable and photographed executions in the brand's modern collection.

Fun Fact

The triangular 12-4-8 pattern of the luminescent indices is not an invention of the Nautilo: it's the same principle already seen on the Militare's dial, a sign of a shared aesthetic language that runs across several Anonimo collections even as functions and cases differ.
