Replay
Line History
Replay is one of the most recent additions to the Lacoste watch catalog produced under license by Movado Group, designed for a men's and women's audience looking for an accessory with a contemporary urban design more than a sports watch in the strict sense. Compared with more markedly casual lines like Motion, Replay adopts 43 mm steel cases and multifunction dials with visible sub-dials, moving toward a slightly more formal register while still staying within the brand's typically accessible language.
The collection is offered both with a leather strap, in black and blue colorways, and with a steel bracelet, including variants with a gold-tone finish; in both cases the multifunction dial and round case remain the line's distinctive elements. The crocodile appears, as in the brand's other collections, as a recognizable detail on the dial.
Replay thus fits into Movado Group's broader strategy for the Lacoste brand: periodically refreshing the catalog with new, contemporary-design lines alongside historic collections such as L.12.12, while keeping the accessible price positioning and the visual link to the brand's sporting identity firmly in place.

The name "Replay" plays on the idea of a contemporary reinterpretation of the brand's sporting codes: an implicit nod to the fact that, nearly a century after the crocodile was born on the tennis court, Lacoste continues to offer new interpretations of its sporting identity even in its most recent accessories.
