Stealth

High-performance sports line, inspired by military aircraft invisible to radar

Line History

Stealth is one of the most recognizable sports collections in the Locman catalog, with a design explicitly inspired by stealth military aircraft and radar systems: overlapping facets and faceted surfaces translate into cases with an angular, hexagonal profile, far removed from the more classic, rounded shapes of other lines in the brand's catalog.

In 2019 the collection underwent a restyling that refreshed its design while keeping its distinctive character, alternating straight and curved lines in a renewed look. The project confirms the use of high-performance materials that Locman has favored since its origins: hypoallergenic AISI 316L steel, titanium and, in the more extreme versions, carbon fiber even for the entire case.

The range includes models with an ultra-thin quartz movement, designed for everyday use, and versions with an automatic movement developed in collaboration with the Scuola Italiana di Orologeria. The Stealth 300 version takes water resistance up to 30 ATM, about 300 meters, making the line suitable for diving use as well as sport.

Fun Fact

The angular lines and overlapping facets of the Stealth case deliberately recall the design of military aircraft "invisible" to radar, from which the collection takes its name: a rather unusual technological reference in watchmaking, consistent with Locman's penchant for unconventional materials and shapes.
