Model History
The N°03 is the direct evolution of Manfred Brassler's original idea: an automatic watch with a single hand indicating hours and minutes together, read on a dial numbered from 01 to 12. Compared to the brand's very first models, built on an ETA base, the N°03 uses a Sellita SW300 caliber specifically modified to drive the single hand — a technical choice made necessary by the fact that no series-production movement is designed from the outset for a single hour-and-minute indicator.
It is probably the most representative line in MeisterSinger's entire catalog: not the most technical (that role belongs today to the Circularis) nor the most complicated, but the one that best sums up the brand's founding principle in its purest form, with no date windows, counters or other distractions on the dial. Offered in various diameters — traditionally 43 mm, later joined by a more compact 38 mm version designed for smaller wrists and a more discreet contemporary taste — the N°03 remains the ideal entry point for anyone discovering the single-hand philosophy for the first time.
The dial, available in various colors including ivory, keeps the double-digit hour markers (from 01 to 12) that are the brand's most immediate visual signature, while the steel case with domed sapphire crystal and screw-down caseback evokes a sober aesthetic, closer to classic German watchmaking than to the sportier trends of the rest of the market.

Main Executions
On the N°03's dial, as on all MeisterSinger single-hand watches, the first nine hours are not written "1, 2, 3…" but "01, 02, 03…": the leading zero is not a graphic flourish, but a device necessary to avoid ambiguity when reading a single hand that travels around the entire dial over twelve hours.
