Line History
The 7 Windows was born from Minase's wish to apply to the dial a geometric language rarely seen in watchmaking, inspired by the aesthetic principles of Japanese mathematics. The name comes from the five sapphire windows visible on the dial — placed at 12, 3 (in pairs), 6 and 9 o'clock — which are joined, in effect, by the double spherical crystal enclosing them, composing a multi-layered design in which contemporary geometry and traditional craftsmanship coexist. The line's more elaborate versions, identified by the "HiZ Label" designation, bring together the brand's three most representative elements: the patented "case-in-case" construction, the rare hand-applied Zaratsu polishing on the steel parts, and the "MORE" (Minase Original Rebuild Equation) construction principle, designed to allow repeated disassembly and repair over time.

Main Executions
Some executions of the 7 Windows feature "Yusai" dials made using artisanal metalworking techniques, the same treatment Minase later extended to other lines in its catalogue, including the Divido: a way for the brand to bring together collections born with very different aesthetic languages.
