Independence
Collection History
Independence is the collection with which Norqain shows off its own work on manufacture movements. The name explicitly recalls the status of independent brand that Norqain has claimed since its founding in 2018, and the line is its technical showcase: sporty cases with a contemporary design, often with skeletonized dials that reveal the regulating organs, and a declared focus on precision, with COSC chronometer-certified calibers.
At the heart of the collection is the family of manufacture calibers developed thanks to the partnership with Kenissi, the movement manufacture founded by Tudor, begun in 2020: automatic three-hand movements with high power reserves. Added to this base architecture is the 8K Manufacture Calibre, a column-wheel flyback chronograph developed with Manufacture AMT, which has also brought more elaborate chronograph complications into the Independence line, presented in Skeleton Chrono versions.
Over the seasons the collection has expanded with different diameters — from the 39 mm aimed at slimmer wrists to the 42 mm of the Skeleton Chrono models — and with materials ranging from steel to titanium, up to dark DLC treatments and limited editions in 18kt rose gold, while still maintaining a sporty setup consistent with the brand's overall positioning.

Norqain presents its own name as an acronym of the brand's values — New, Open-minded, Rebellious, Quality time, Adventure, Independent, Niche — and the Independence collection directly takes up one of those terms, making it the technical manifesto of the independence the company has claimed since its founding in 2018.
