First Class
Collection History
Compared to the Turbine's spectacular nature, First Class represents the more traditional approach with which Perrelet expresses its own Double Rotor: a collection designed for both men and women, with more contained cases and the aesthetic of a high-end dress watch, favoring understated elegance over scenic effect. The side of the case nonetheless retains the fluted motif that the brand uses as a distinctive signature across much of its catalogue.
The collection is organized into two main configurations: a three-hand model with date, simpler to read, and one with an exposed balance wheel through an opening on the dial at 6 o'clock, which offers a glimpse of the movement's beating heart without needing to turn to the case back. The dial plays on a multi-level construction, with a granite-textured center enclosed by a guilloché ring and completed by faceted Arabic indices, for a sense of depth that sets First Class apart from most flatter dress watches.
The women's versions expand the range with bezels set with diamonds, while both variants share black or brown alligator straps with a steel clasp. Without the immediate impact of the Turbine, First Class remains proof that the double-rotor principle, visible through the sapphire case back, can coexist with a measured aesthetic language suited to more formal everyday wear.

Main Executions
On the exposed-balance-wheel version, the opening is not placed on the case back as happens on most watches with this complication, but directly on the dial, at 6 o'clock: a choice that makes the movement's beating visible simply by looking at the time, without needing to turn the watch over.
